All workshops are taught on the floor so it is important that you are comfortable squatting and sitting cross-legged.
None of these workshops require you to undress.
We recommend that you dress in loose, comfortable clothing - ideally of natural fabric.
You should bring a large towel to lie on and a blanket to keep you warm.
On successful completion of the workshops you will receive a certificate of completion issued by The School of Therapeutic Bodywork in London. Successful completion requires attendance of all teaching hours.

This ten-hour workshop is normally run over two consecutive days. It teaches a core concept of craniosacral work – that of inherent health. According to this concept, health is a dynamic force that enters each of us at conception and remains until death when it transmutes. Inherent health is the driving force behind our immune system and our capacity to adapt to change. This course teaches simple techniques and attitudes with which to engage with the health inherent within ourselves and within another. Establishing such a connection is profoundly heart warming and healing.
